Commission Work? Our commission schedule will vary depending on who procures the buyer. Our exclusive right to sell listing contract will NOT lock you into a fixed commission rate. 1.5% paid when the seller finds the buyer for their home and Value Real Estate Services facilitates the transaction. 3.5% When a Value Real Estate Services agent finds the buyer for your home and no outside brokerage is involved in the transaction. The agent(s) will handle both the seller and buyer side of the transaction. 4.5% paid when an outside brokerage (not Value Real Estate Services) is representing the buyer that purchases a home listed by Value Real Estate Services.
